First off, thanks for reading this quick blog article update on where we are at with offering products on the website. We're closer than ever to having full production, but like everything, these things take time. Until we are at that point, we have begun a new process when buying directly from us.
Orders Will be Pre-Sold Going Forward
In order to properly manage our inventory across all channels, we will be PRE-SELLING our product, then fulfilling orders as quickly as possible. What does this mean for you?
- Orders will take between 1 - 3 weeks to fulfill and ship to your destination. While we will try to fulfill all pre-sold products as quickly as possible, there are still delays that could keep your order from shipping. Consider that a deal-breaker? Try shopping with one of our authorized third-party resellers, or visit our Where to Buy page to find a local dealer near you with inventory.
- Upon request, if you feel an order has taken too long to fulfill, we will refund your order in full.
- If you need to update your delivery address prior to your order shipping, we are happy to update your shipping address as needed before your order has left our fulfillment warehouse.
Not a Forever Solution
While we try to navigate this transitionary period, we will try our hardest to accommodate all our amazing customers. As soon as full production is realized, orders will be shipped and fulfilled across all products and collections in 1-2 days. But until we get there, we appreciate your time, patience and understanding.
