Individual SnapPads are available for purchase from our website to replace any lost ones. If you need help figuring out which pad it is you need to order please contact our Customer Care Agents for assistance, we would be happy to help!
If you’ve lost a SnapPad as the result of a manufacturer’s defect in the material within 2 years from the date of your purchase, please see the Warranty Claim section in order to replace your pad.
