To activate your warranty, simply fill out the Warranty Registration Form (available here).
If you need to make a Warranty Claim please fill out the claim form (available here) with your purchase information and we will review your details and contact you to confirm your warranty submission. Once everything is confirmed, we will ship fresh new SnapPads to you directly from our warehouse.
Please note: If your SnapPads were purchased from another RV Dealer, Amazon, or online source we encourage you to contact them for your replacement/refund. Proof of purchase via order number receipt or email confirmation is required for any warranty redemption on your pads.

*Warranty is void if SnapPads are installed then uninstalled, or used in any other way detailed in the terms & conditions. Visit our warranty information page for more details. The warranty also does not cover damage inflicted on the pads by misuse, accident, or acts of God.
